So far I am enjoying

2-3 predue buffalo chicken wings w/ ranch dressing

sunny side up egg with toast

tuna salad with crackers

costco Soups, I load up when I get a fill

I have been on a salad kick. Like tuna salad, ham salad, chicken salad and egg salad. I just made some egg salad with cottage cheese mixed in with a bit of bacon bits and a little shredded low fat cheese added. It was very filling and was 15 protein grams for my serving. Yum.

Also, I cannot live without my Mio Sweet Tea flavoring.

transforming jlaroux, How could I forget the MIO sweet tea, I agree! I have a very hard time with water and can not stand the sugar substitutes after taste....but for some reason the MIO is different plus my doc said i get to count it towards my water intake.

btw transforming jlaroux congrats on your weight loss you are doing an amazing job! and your before and after pics are GREAT! keep up the hard work.

Foods that really help me...

Frigo Light Cheeseheads Swirls string cheese...Only 60 cal and 8 grams Protein. I have 2 a day, one each in the morning and afternoon.

Morningstar Farms Veggie Crumbles

Birdseye Broccoli Florets Steamer Bag...It's plain broccoli that you microwave in the bag. It is quick and easy and I always have on hand for when I feel lazy about cooking. Even the one with sauce is low cal.

MiO helped me quit soda

Sounds like me. Seems that is my comfort food, along with either crackers or sliced cucumbers.

Our local Deli sees me coming! I'm too lazy to make my own.

I haven't been banded long, but I definitely have found foods I am loving.

-Tyson Grilled chicken breast strips. Easy to heat up and mix with a little sauce.

- Cottage cheese with pineapple.

- Fage 2% plain with applesauce and 1 packet sweet n' low.

I will have to try the turkey crumbles when I get to the store next. I have found myself buying more of the portioned items (portioned egg cups, rice cups, etc) which is nice. I used to hate buying these things because the per oz price is so much more than the box of eggs or the box of rice... Oh well, I am definitely worth a little bit more $$.
