  11. I have been in a 7 week stall. I'm exercising, eating protein, and drinking water. My physican's office suggest that I stop exercising because I'm not taking in enough calories. Have you experienced this and what do you suggest to get pass the stall.

  13. Don't be nervous. I had absolutely no fear. I was so overwhelmed with faith and excitement! Went in strong and came out stronger! You can do it and you will be just fine!
  14. @@Dibaby44 I spent 3 nights at the hospital. My doctor wanted to be very cautious since I had a revision.
  15. I am definitely learning that this is true @@Tlmarsh and the others who have posted. I still do not have any appetite. I do not desire to eat or drink, but I am slowly drinking my protein and water daily. The sight, smell of food from my family doesn't bother me at all. I'm taking things slowly and enjoying the idea of what my new life is going to be. I did have to get on the scale, just to see what it said. Tomorrow will be one week post op and I am down 12lbs. I wish everyone continual success.

  20. I'm yet holding on. I was very weak today although I was constantly walking. I'm going to stay one more night to be on safe side. Trying to get my liquids in but it's very hard. I'm at about 40oz for the whole day.

  22. @@TLW I have my gas x strips. Will be up walking constantly. I ate very little broth and jello. I'm going to try to get my fluids down. Thanks for information.
  23. I will start clear liquids today. SF jello, broth, SF Popsicles, water and I have no appetite at all.
  24. @@julias1119 the walking is definitely a tremendous help!
  25. My doctor will come in the morning and probably add clear liquids. I just finished my 3rd walk. Back still hurting but very little pain from surgery still.
  26. All went well for me. Getting ready to go on my 3rd walk. Only could have ice chips today.
  27. Everything went great! Very little pain from surgery however my back is killing me from laying flat during surgery. I'm only on ice chips today.
  28. I'm headed in to the hospital to have my band to bypass revision. I'm very excited! Ready for the new me!
  29. @@Kari H. When did you have your surgery and how are things going? I'm scheduled for 7am in the morning! I'm very excited!
