I tell everyone. I am so happy. I have tried my whole life, always knowing I felt different. I feel so great that at 44 I am positive I am making the right decision for me. For once I am confident of something and I know it is the right thing to do. I can take every negative you have. I have also lost 12 pounds during pre op and surgery is Monday morning and I actually have energy! My worst critic my sister in law. Who is also heavy. Smokes drinks and parties at 50, and has all the accompanying health issues. She said. B---ch I'll hate you if you got skinner Than me. I just say sorry and I am so excited. So I guess my feeling is be proud you are making the right decision for you and smile.

Day 3 on opti fast. Definitely feeling hungry tonight. Still have one bar and shake to go. I do feel as if I have lost some weight but I am determined not to weigh myself. I want to see the number the day of my surgery. Someone I work with who had the surgery suggested it. 11days to go!
