In Twelve Hours I Will Finally Be Banded

well guys my day is finally here i started this journey in april. everyone keeps asking if i am nervous but really i am not just really excited. thanks for everyones post it gives a real insight of what daily life is going to be like. my numbers are 284 in april and 264.7 at my preop appt today. i cant wait for it tocontinue to drop.

congrats ! i had mine dec 13th. it was a breeze. just felt like i had a really bad pulled muscle for about 10 days afterwards. that was it !so far so good. hope yours goes smoothly too. i just wish i had had lifesavers to suck on the first day. it took forever to get rid of my cottonmouth the day of surgery ! good luck !!!

      April Surgery
      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
