Recommended Posts

Anyone find a way to get the food to pass when its slightly stuck? I mean iv heard of jumping up and down n doing twists etc.., but nothing for me works. I have read n always here oh dont worry it will pass. But nothing for me passes, almost always stuck, n this will go on for hrs if i let it. I usually only get to hr n half before i spit it up, usually by then its just slime n Fluid. But i want to know if anyone has anyway of getting it to go down. God do i wish fluid would wash it down, i miss that lol. cornut.gif

I live in a multi-level house. I learned quite by accident that running up or down the stairs moves the offender........

Try drinking Water. It seems to make it come up quicker. I had this issue on Saturday on 2 different occasions and it came out after I drunk some water.

my insurance company gave me a book with all kinds of information. one thing was to take care of your issue.

If food should block the outlet, mix a teaspoon of meat tenderizer in a glass of Water - sip slowly!

hope it helps.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
