Ditto ! That's exactly rite ! You lose weight, then stop, and lose inches. This goes back, and fourth, Once your body catches up, you will start to lose weight again.
Had my band done on Oct 17 and have lost a total of 25 pounds but haven't lost in a while. I have been swimming for 45 minutes 3-4 times (started at 20 minutes) per day for the last 3 weeks and have so much more energy. My clothing has been getting bigger by the day but the scale is staying the same weight and I'm frustrated. Has anyone else experienced the same thing? Going in for my second fill tomorrow have little to no restrictions...When does the scale catch up with the loose clothing? I know I way myself too much but it's a way to keep me in check...
