I am March 1st pre opt diet is not that bad... I have found everyones dr has different things they want you to do. stick with what your dr tells you for that may be the best for you...

My bad date is March 2nd and I am so excited I start my liquid diet on Tuesday Feb 23rd I can't wait :thumbdown:

I am on day 11 of my pre-op and enjoying it. Just keep your eyes on the prize.

I am averaging a pound a day.

i have a date of march 4th... and i am freaking out im happy but still feel like i need to know more details/information. about the real stuff what the kits and doctors are not telling you

pain-food-what to do when you leave the hospital or medical staff. when one one in the house knows what to do:confused:

I have a March 3rd surgery date. Excited and scared all at the same time. Are you having to do a pre-op diet?

this is my 2nd week on the diet and really don't know if i have lost anything but i am sticking to it...I just feel lost for some reason.

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
