Im 21 ill be getting the lap band in 6 days!

I was banded on 12/9/09. I am 58. I am the "old lady" of the bunch!! LOL

I was 25, now 26

I was banded on 12/17 and I'm 28.

I got banded last february and i was 26 years old. best decision ever!

I will be 26 in April and will likely be banded in February... fingers crossed that that insurance approval comes through!

Banded on May 10 at the ripe old age of 22, lol. I cant wait to enjoy my 20's

I am 25 it was my birthday gift to me...( b-day is 12/22 surgery date 1/5 I skipped my b-day my christmas and my newyears Just to start my pre-op diet for 2 weeks ... I will not live another quarter of my life slowly killing my self.

I was 20, almost 21 when banded. I am now 22!

Sorry Pam, I win in the 'banded old lady bunch' - I was 60 when I had my surgery. Now 61 and feeling more like 31!!!! This morning I did a 5 mile bike ride and I'm now going to jump on the treadmill for 45 mins. Never felt this well and just loving life!!!!
