Friday Morning Weigh-In June 19, 2009

Well my plateau the past few weeks has been broken, last week about 2 lbs. this week a pound. Slow and steady.

Got into some very very skinny jeans today, I was so happy.

They are purple LOL Got them for my Red Hat stuff.

Well, back to 193, but I will take it. I have been tracking this week and realize that my Protein intake has been a bit low. So, I have been working on getting in more Protein during the day. I have also gotten back on track with daily cardio, not occasional cardio.

Hoping the tracking will pay off with a number below the dreaded 193 next week! WTG to all you losers this week and keep working at it to those that are on a plateau!

Had a gain this week, but there's no mystery behind it - I was traveling all last week and wasn't making good food choices. Lots of sodium and fat and little exercise. Also had 2 more fairly mild PB episodes - I still tend to eat too fast when I am hungry. This week will be much better!

Last week:227.6

This week:230.2

Gain of 2.6 pounds... it could have been worse!

I gained 2 pounds over last weekend at the beach. I did lots of snacking and drinking. But I did manage to lose the 2 pounds and another .8 by this morning.

It is hot here and I can't wait to get into the pool. Have a great weekend.

Stayed the same and I'll take it! Gained 5lbs of Water weight overnight after forgetting my BP med one day. It's a diuretic too.

Managed to get back to where I was last week by this AM but can tell I'm still bloated. We'll see what happens this week. I go for another fill on Wednesday.

He's not going to be happy. He wanted me to lose 6lbs. Ain't gonna happen!

ivw logged my weight here two weeks in a row now that good for me. Im down 1 lbs this week- ive been tracking again and ive also noticed the day i dont get enough protien thats the days i pick at food.

onwards and upwards - or in our case downwards hopfully:wink:

I forgot to post last week, which was a big fat ZERO for loss. This week only 1/2 pound, so now at 177.

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
