Hi did go to your website. Wow you are a great success. I also had my band repositioned and now I am dealing with the extra pounds. When did you notice weight loss again? I have had two fills but I feel like I can eat too much. Tonight for dinner I had chicken breast and I ate an entire one and no problem? The doc seems hesistant on my fills? Can guzzle Water never could I do that prior? Your thoughts? If you have time please respond.

Welcome. I think I've seen your website. Did your mom and dad go with you? I think it was you... Too bad about the slip but you've done so well! I am only a couple of months out.

Hi Mae!

I remember "meeting" you last fall and throwing a fit because I wanted my band right that second and couldn't bear the waiting. Ever since then, I've had you in the back of my head, reminding me to hang on because it will all happen in due time. You were right! I want to thank you for being such a great example. Not an example of someone who had a perfect journey, but someone who had her fair share of bumps along the road and STILL got where she wanted to be. :P

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
