start date june 10th: 360 lbs

surgery date august 5th: 330 lbs

current october 24th: 316 lbs

i've lost a total of 44 so far...and i think i'm down at least one size it's so hard to tell. i have old clothes in my closet that are marked 26/28 and some newer clothes that are marked 30/32 but when you hold them up to each other...they're the same cut and size. that's so frustrating!

keep up the awesome work everyone!!!

I went in for my seminar March 1. I was a size 24. I slowly lost 40 pounds before surgery on August 5. Since surgery I have lost 23 pounds for a total of 63 pounds and in a size 18.

I had no pre-op diet, so what you see is what I've lost. I gained a bit between my 1st and 2nd fill, but I'm slowly on my way down again. I'll get another fill in 3 or 4 weeks.

a month before sugery i was 419 i lost down to 401.5

since i had my surgery on the 9/26/08 i went from 401.5 to 366.2

so that is

8/26 to 9/26= 419-401.5= 17.5 lost

9/26 to 10/25=401.5-366.2= 35.3 lost

thats a total of 52.8

Two months before surgery I was 112kgs (246.4 pound) i was down to 102.2kgs (224.2pounds) on surgery day total loss of 9.8kgs (21.56 pounds). Since surgery I am down to 95.8kgs (210.76 pounds)

So 1/07-27/8 - 9.8kgs (21.56 pounds)

27/8-24/10 - 6.4kgs (14.08pounds)

so that is a total of 16.2kgs (35.64 pounds)

Surgery weight 250 - current weight 209! 41 lost. I have had one fill and while it seems impossible to believe I don't think I need another soon. I am going to the gym 5 days a week. Two months ago I couldn't walk to the mail box without my body aching and out of breath. This is the best thing I could have ever done for myself. Love it!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
