Question about Vitamins

What Vitamins have you guys started? My doc told me that I can have either Flinstones complete, or Centrum. I have the generic brand of centrum... Do you think this is acceptable? What are you guys taking?

Hello! I take Viactiv chewable Multivitamins and a Calcium chewable from Viactiv. They are yummy. Make sure you get the chocolate.< /p>

Hello. I take Centrum chewables and Tums for Calcium. The dietician said that we could take Tums with calcium for 4 months only.

I am on Flintstones and B Complex. I have to do the Flintstones because they do not have Vit K---which helps the blood clot and I am on blood thinners for a heart problem.

Hi, I am taking generic chewable centrums I got at Walgreens. I am also taking 1200 mg of chewable Calcium a day. I got them at Walgreens too.

Costco's chewable dinosaurs. Or Flintstones. Chewable calciums (Costco brand). I take a lot of pills and anything chewable or drinkable is a relief. I get full in the morning just taking pills!

I take Calcium and was told by my doc 3 months post-op that my Vitamin B-12 levels were SEVERELY low so now I have to give myself shots! I give myself a shot every other week. It's definitely helped my energy level.
