yes i agree with his bridget is employed by fredrick to work in the uk. She has been excellent help. its really hard to get hold of fredrick he does not answer emails and is operating and i guess thats why they have europesurgery and have employed bridget to help them.

tulia is another fish:mad:she really is not helpful and is a total pain she is just after money and to be frank a posh old bag!!I did contact her first but why contact someone in france when you can contact someone in the uk.

anyway all is going good for me how are you getting on? its been nearly a month since my surgery and i am starting to lose weight. I am so gald i did it

hello juile nice to hear from you again. I am doing well the weight is flying off. I think you lose loads of weight at the start don't you! i agree with you though i don't know this tulia women from france. Bridget from europesurgery.co.uk is really helpful always on the other end of the phone when you need her. I callled her at 9pm the other night and she still answered the phone and helped me with what to eat. I was really impressed with the service in general. when i got to brussels it all ran smoothy. such nice nurses and hospital staff. really i did not feel to bad at all after the operation.when i was there there were other people from the Uk to talk to< it was a shame we did not meet, but its been very nice chatting to you on here and hearing how you got on

hello i have lost nearly half a stone, i am pleased with that> i don't want to lose it too quick cos i reaction i will get strenth marks everywhere, and i would hate that. you know to lose the weight be feel like your body is a total mess afterwards! half a stome in about 4 weeks i think is great, if i keep going like that it would be fanastic but i guess maybe its quick at the start and then slows down. i am not sure really but i have not had a fill yet and i guess they help too

bridget really nice just give her a call whenever your worried about anything.

I have nearly lost a stone:rolleyes:cool isn't it? i was thinking maybe the first 6 weeks is the easist to loss the weight in a way because you only have liquid for the first 10 days and then i have found i can only eat a small amount. I have not had a fill yet and i am starting to find i can get more. so thinking i should go for one soon!

Question for anyone, how did you get your mind right before surgery? Like as far as eating better foods and just doing better in general? I'm having a really hard time with this. Any help is appreciated 🙏❤️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
