My surgery has been scheduled for March 30th,. Which is super exciting! But I’m super nervous too! Any tips or words of encouragement? TIA!! ?

Congratulations!!! & Don't over buy! Tastebuds changing after surgery is so common & you don't want to stock up on something you might end up hating later ?

You will do great. I am 9 days post Op. The first few days are rough but not unbearable. Just remember walk walk walk and sip!

Congratulations on your date and we were all nervous, its the unknown. The hospital staff will put you at ease. You will be so glad you had the courage to do this. Give your self time to get into the new normal. Sleep, sip, walk repeat

Hydrate hydrate hydrate! It’s harder than I anticipated so make sure you have a variety of options to get fluids in - popsicles, broth, SF Gatorade, etc. Good luck!
