Inspire protein powders & eats
My neighbor just gave me samples of hers, I am actually drinking the coffee ice cream flavor right now with almond milk, it is pretty good. I was about to go to their website to see everything they've got. She also gave me an unopened travel pack singles with 8 single scoop packets so I guess they could also be sample packs. As far as price, I drink the Fairlife protein drinks which can be pricey but don't have the after taste of most of the protein drinks out there so paying a bit extra is ok for me. Where in Washington are you located?

Stall
The same thing happened to me, the 3 week stall, lasted almost a week. It does make you wonder if you'll lose anything else but keep following the program and it will happen. Your body is trying to regulate itself is all.

ROBOTIC SLEEVE SURGERY
I had the robotic assisted surgery and have had zero problems. The surgeon is in control, and the robot apparently get into positions inside that a person can't which makes it much easier and I believe less pain and stress in recovery for patient.

Hungry...all the time
My hunger hasn't stopped either, I was hoping it would. I'm at my 3rd week and sure enough have not lost in a few days, actually gained a couple of pounds. I know it's expected so I won't worry yet ? I have not had any issues with anything I have tried to eat, tastes haven't changed. I usually eat anywhere between 600-800 a day depending what I have. I am concentrating on protein and eat about every 2.5 hours per what my Dr. has said.

Lbs lost in 2 week pre-op phase?
My Dr. told me that the insurance will go by your weight when you first come in so there shouldn't be a problem.

Predictors of Not Meeting Weight Loss Goal
I've watched a lot of his videos, he's great!

Anyone else doing this in their 60's?
Yep, I’m 66 and having my VSG on the 29th so have started my LSD diet today. If I would have known that my insurance would cover the surgery I would have done it sooner, but maybe I wouldn’t have been ready then who knows. I’m nervous but excited at the same time. You will do great!

Weight loss stall 3 weeks out
I've been watching a Dr. on you tube who explains it perfectly....his name is John Pilcher. He has a few videos, you should watch the one where he talks about the 3 week stall. As long as you're following your program you're fine:)
