They do not. lol

I tried them before surgery. And, for being sugar free the calories on a lot of these candies are the same if not more. Drives me nuts. I would rather just learn to eat the real thing while focusing on moderation and self control.

Which is how I prefer to operate myself however he is diabetic so his own journey has its own rules, and it's better for him to avoid sugar altogether. I agree many of the sugar free and low carb convenience foods have far more calories than I'm comfortable with, often no lower than their "conventional" counterparts.

yea, the no sugar part is why I assume most people eat the sugar free. Wise decision, Diabetes is nothing to play with.

If he hasn’t tried the Hershey zero sugar and the twizzlers no sugar they taste just as good to me too. I believe Hershey makes reeces so I bet those two have similar ingredients.

What Protein Shakes did you use after surgery?

Sent from my SM-G990U using BariatricPal mobile app

I use Premier Protein premade shakes, or Unjury powder.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
