Hi all, I’m having my surgery 7-19 in Colorado. I would love to hear any post operation advice including hospital stay etc!

Congratulations on your date. You need to remember that you are having major surgery, its seems like its a small procedure because we stay in hospital only a day. Once at home you need to be able to sleep, rest and get into your new regime. Sip, sip, and sip. You are not superwoman, you don't need to try to be. Read the back pages of the forum while your days tick away and ask all your questions.

Pack a pair of pajama pants and a long phone charging cord. Gowns are open in the back and outlets are sparse. When you get home, rest and allow your body all the time it needs to heal. We are all here to help you but don’t compare yourself to others. Your journey will be very different than mine. Trust the process. It works!!
