Question?? Is anyone be sides my self feel like you no longer have that food restriction feeling? I can eat just about anything and everything and I don't like that. I feel like after only 11 months PO I'm just binge eating again. Sugary foods don't bother me, I'm craving for soda that I haven't had in 11 months, I'm always feeling like I want to eat something. I was doing so good and now I have no motivation to keep going. My family always got junk food in the house and I find myself reaching for the bad things again. I've lost 80lbs, and feel like I gained some back. Please no judgement just encouraging words will help [emoji3064]
