Got a surgery date of June 22 2022 !!! Who is with me ?!?!

Not at all! I hope we all do amazing. I have two weeks until I fly to San Antonio. It's getting a bit real at this point.

Anyway, my Covid test is negative. ????????????
Already emailed the results to my surgeon’s office.

My 2nd oldest daughter who has gone through med school, reminded me of this:
Narcotics deprive you of your deeper stages of sleep that your body really needs to heal.

That being said, being able to use a non-narcotic will help one recover more quickly.

I'm scheduled for 10:30. It's normal for us to second guess the choice. I hope all goes well with your surgery ?

Tomorrow, I will be starting my journey. I'm excited and apprehensive at the same time. ONE MORE DAY????

43 yrs old, 5'5", BMI 39, SW 235. Loop DS Revision of Sleeve Surgery on 6/2/22.

Start my 2 week pre op diet tomorrow, 50g carbs or less, 1,000 cal or less and no less than 30g protien. Daily for 2 weeks.

My pre-op diet is not as restrictive as others. Not sure why. But I'm not complaining.
