Those 2 oz “dressing cups” work great for us.

Someone else posted the idea with a picture of her eggs In it and i said then how clever it was but I felt it worth mentioning again as I pulled my dressing cups out today to portion out my faux lasagna (a lasagna recipe without noodles someone also shared on this wonderful site that works great for purée stage to satisfy italian craving) https://bariatricbits.com/single-serve-baked-ricotta/

Anyways, I got mine in 100 pack on Amazon with lids but they have all different quantities and They work perfectly. Especially since I don’t know my pre full trigger yet it’s a good way to know when it’s time to SLOW down and be careful and it’s just about perfect amount for me. Another Helpful tip it’s also 1/4 cup which is one serving of shredded cheese so I toss one in the bag when I open it.

Love it! I bought a few hundred of these 2oz cups last week. My first use will be a ricotta cheese bake. I had my sleeve surgery three days ago 3/18/21 so as soon as I'm on the pureed stage look out..

I’m 19 months post op and still use this size of reusable food container for snacks. I take 5 pre-measures portions of nuts or seeds as a snack for work each day, and also use them for cheese cubes or salad dressing. They’re great portion control!

Wish you luck, I looked forward to puréed food, I am 17 days out and I can’t eat. Protein shake and food turn my stomach, can’t even get it past my lips

Try various textures, temperatures, and sweet vs savory. Not sure if you have it in your area, but pho broth saved me during the liquid and puréed stage. It was warm and savory and went down easy and had a decent amount of protein as well.
