Love them! They are 20 grams of Protein instead of the 30 in their other shakes but they go down smooth , no chunks, and actually taste like apple cinnamon oatmeal.

I am convinced! Didn’t feel like shopping yesterday but will def pick some up today. Thanks for the input!

You were all right! Had an apple cinnamon and I’ll be darned if it doesn’t taste like oatmeal! SO good! Next up, blueberry. There’s a chocolate hazelnut flavor but have not found that one.

Apple Cinnamon is the BEST. The Dollar Tree of all places carried them last summer. I stocked up on them like crazy. My kids were even drinking them. I tried the blueberry one and it smelled and tasted like burnt plastic. I hear the Maple and oats is good but really sweet with a mild flavor. I havent tried it though.

I haven’t found blueberry anywhere but will check a Dollar Tree near me. Curious the varying opinion on the flavor!

I love the Premier Protein shakes. I haven’t had the oat ones yet. Mainly bc they are more carbs and less Protein. The blueberry is the one I’d try if I did though!
I bought the strawberries and cream one today.
My fav so far is the Cookies and Cream. It tastes like your drinking the milk of your Cookie Crisp Cereal. So yummy.
Having my first strawberry one tomorrow morning.

I liked the blueberry, but couldn't stomach the apple cinnamon one. Funny how different our tasters all are! I think I maybe would have liked it better if I mixed 1/2 apple cinnamon and 1/2 vanilla or something. It was just to sweet for me.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
