How much weight did you lose the first 90 days ?

I would love to hear from some folks about your weight loss after surgery the first 60 or 90 days after your sleeve surgery. I need inspiration. I am on this liquid diet and surgery in 6 days!

I’m a slow loser too. Probably the slowest. I had VSG on the 24th of December. Pre-surgery I lost 23lbs. At two months yesterday, I am down 26lbs after surgery or 50lbs total at the two month mark (it

I'm a sleeve to bypass revision and I've lost 40 pounds since my bypass surgery on 10/29/20 (17 weeks post-op).

Since my surgery was for GERD and not officially bariatric, I didn't have as much to lose to get to my goal weight. But I want to lose a few pounds more just to give myself some "wiggle" room once I'm past the honeymoon period. I know that weight gain is possible, and very likely probable, after the 1st year. I wasn't really prepared for maintenance after my sleeve surgery in 2014 and gained almost 50 lbs. in the 6 years following surgery. I want to be better prepared to maintain a normal weight since I've been given a second chance to truly change my relationship with food!

30-40 lbs

Thanks Tim C. The management of all this is intense right now, but I’m trying to stick to the plan. I appreciate your encouragement. Best of luck to you too.

I’m 9 weeks post up (60 something days) and have lost 46lbs all up including the 2 weeks pre op diet :)

Thanks for posting. Hope I can lose about 20 pre op and if I could lose the same in the first couple of months that would be amazing. Thanks for posting!

Dude have you lost that much weight in 3 months/ That is insane! Congrats on a great job!!!

I started a period diet with on dec 4 at 329.5 on the day of surgery Jan 25 i was 300. Now on feb 19 I am at 273.2. So 56 lbs total. I’ve been losing 3-5lbs a week post op. Small portions is key for me. Did stop taking blood pressure medicine as it was making me light headed when i stood up. BP is maintaining normal.

Pete, that's insane! Well done both on the pre and post op. Must feel so nice, huh?

I'm off the meds as well. This is such a big step. Awesome for you.
