Protein shake recipies and additive to water ideas.

I'm so tired of Protein Shakes and plain Water. What do you guys add to your Protein shakes and water. For a change in flavor?

vanilla Protein Shakes - add 1 drop of edible essential oil (lime, grapefruit, lemon)

chocolate Protein shakes - add some mint leaves or some Peanut Butter powder to make a reese's shake

Sweet Leaf makes a product called Water Drops which is made with Stevia. I like the strawberry kiwi, peach mango, and the raspberry lemonade flavors. I buy them at my local heath food store, but they're also available on Amazon.

I always use the crystal light or store brand flavorings in my Water if I'm not in the mood for plain water. I can drink a lot more that way. One of my favorites has been cherry lime but it is becoming harder to find these days so I'm now using Walmart brand cherry.

As far as H2O I use crystal light lemonade with a shot of lemon juice or sugar free Hawaiian punch I also put 10 squirts of EnduroPacks liquid electrolytes (on Amazon) in it. I was having some leg cramps and that took care of them.

I just really like the cafe latte Premier Protein. I don't ad a thing. It's great.

Actually now I think about it the knock-off Walgreens brand Wyler's light Island Punch is usually cheaper and in my opinion has a little better taste to it then regular sugar free Hawaiian Punch.

I add “diet cranberry w pineapple juice” to orange shake mix. i add PB2 powder to chocolate shake mix for Peanut Butter cup taste. Im not into flavored water post so far.

I try to drink my Protein Shakes straight but for the most part i put it in my coffee too.which prevents me to add coffee.
