just thought I would ask what everyones favorite food (not premier protien) is from costco after surgery? I like the meatballs, hummas and frozen cod.

I don't have a Costco near me but I like to buy frozen salmon and shrimp. A really quick meal!

My daily morning snack is the roasted pumpkin seeds from Costco!

The chicken patties, I miss salads, soups, dinners packaged by Costco to go.

Costco is my "go to" for all meat. It's reasonably priced, good quality, and tastes great. Fortunately, I have plenty of room in my freezer because they sell it in large quantities.

My favorite is the stuffed peppers from the deli section. They're easy to cook, convenient, taste great and make great leftovers! *They do have a little rice in them, but not enough to make a huge difference.

The Meatloaf they have pre made

rotisserie chicken, egg/cauliflower crepes, almonds, kale salad and mahi mahi

I get my premier protein there... but besides that I get their kirkland version of vitamin water zero and gatorade zero. For food I often get "nuts" of various assortments. I also like one of the veggie burgers they often carry.
