Should I order Chinese food

Our sleeve on December 9th my nephew is ordering some Chinese food could I order and just have shrimps and vegetables no rice good idea or not a good idea?

Shrimp and steamed vegetables definitely ok but depends on how they prepare it. Spices are not well tolerated the first few months.

I think it would be ok. You can’t be sure what they are cooking it in but I think those would be good choices.
I went to a Chinese Buffet with my family and had stir fried veggies and chicken.

Egg Foo Young is a good choice. Lots of Protein and not too spicy to irritate your sleeve.

I still have not had surgery, but when I'm trying to eat healthy buy I really want chinese food, I will order the steamed shrimp with peas and then a side of dumpling sauce. Or even soy sauce works. Cutting up the shrimp into smaller pieces and then dipping them in the sauce will give me enough of the feeling that I'm having chinese food without all of the unnecessary bad stuff!
