Soooooo, that's why I have been feeling all 🤢. I have taken laxatives for the past 3 days and nothing. Finally this morning, a little something happened. OMG!!!! It took a while but finally, I feel sooooooo much better. I actually think I can manage all liquids today. I'm going to try and see. 😀

My husband is on some meds that make him constipated all the time. He uses Colace to keep things "moving" I hope you find something that works well for you @LadyVS

I have med induced Constipation. I have been taking a dose of Miralax in my morning coffee for 12 years now.

It is so safe that they actually give it to children. It works well to keep things moving for me.

Me too. Though I don't have to use it as much when I use the greens in my shakes.< a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" href="https://s.bariatricpal.com/uploads/monthly_2019_10/637400955_Screenshot_20191019-120243_Amazon20Shopping.jpeg.916aab7170df92abedb0d786b2188324.jpeg" data-fileid="95633" rel="">Screenshot_20191019-120243_Amazon%20Shopping.jpeg

Thank you. Sorry for the late reply. I've been nauseated really bad and my stomach hurts. I'm so ready to get this band out.

Wow! Thank you. I'm using a gentle laxative plus I've been eating some Fiber Cookies every morning. They're pretty good. Not too sweet and 100 calories. [emoji846]

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
