Constipation

Soooooo, that's why I have been feeling all ?. I have taken laxatives for the past 3 days and nothing. Finally this morning, a little something happened. OMG!!!! It took a while but finally, I feel sooooooo much better. I actually think I can manage all liquids today. I'm going to try and see. ?

I have med induced constipation. I have been taking a dose of miralax in my morning coffee for 12 years now.

It is so safe that they actually give it to children. It works well to keep things moving for me.

Wow! Thank you. I'm using a gentle laxative plus I've been eating some fiber cookies every morning. They're pretty good. Not too sweet and 100 calories. [emoji846]
