I bought chewable. Honestly they're terrible, but I'm getting used to them. I got mine from this site. Good luck!

I had no issue after the first week of swallowing them whole. Try breaking them in half.

I had no problem with them the first weeks , maybe you should try having calcium in a chewable, there's "okay" flavors. I just got this one and it's pretty good

I use Tespo liquid vitamins. Expensive, but worth it, I think!

I take my vitamins in soft chew form. I get them at GNC.

I still use chewables. I use a bariatric melt for calcium.

You're supposed to take 2 so it's a month and a half supply. Don't take it with the other vitamins because it loses it effect

I was told to start my vitamins 2 weeks after surgery and not before. I bought the citracal petites and they are still big horse pills. Two of them at once hurts my stomach. So I take 1, then 2 hours later I take the other one and so on. I bought chewable multivits and they are by far the easiest to take. They are ProCare Health Bariatric Multivitamins with 45 mg iron and you only take 1 a day.

I take only one pill and it has all the vitamins on it the only thing I take separately is the calcium just because one takes off the effect of the other( for what the doctor said) 20190310_090144.jpeg20190310_090237.jpeg

I am also on a antidepressant and I was unable to take my medication for almost 2 weeks because it was extended release. But after talking to my primary physician she switched the medication. I'm still on the same type just in a different form. So as long as they arent extended release. You can crush them. I crush my pills and then mix it with water and splenda. Still kinda nasty but better than taking it straight.
