  2. Hey, you're doing awesome. I would suggest not to weight yourself everyday.. It's nos going to show any results. My doctor told me once a month. ( obviously I can't do that lol) but I see more results doing it once a week Sent from my LM-V405 using BariatricPal mobile app
  3. Yes, that's totally familiar. I've had this and couldn't find a comfortable position. The only way I would feel "okay" was sitting on the floor with my legs extended to the sides. Like making a V . it's horrible Sent from my LM-V405 using BariatricPal mobile app
  4. Have any of you guys experience this? I've been in sooo much pain this last month, I'm 3 months post op. They told me not to take any pain medication. But what am I supposed to do then ? Sent from my LM-V405 using BariatricPal mobile app

  6. It takes longer than that to fall off. By the time I went to my first appointment my doctor told me that by that time they were supposed to be all gone. So I got home and tried to take it off. DON'T DO IT lol, it really hurts and it's better if you just let then fall by themselves Sent from my LM-V405 using BariatricPal mobile app
  7. Lol, hey Sent from my LM-V405 using BariatricPal mobile app

  20. It's probably going to be like a week or even more but you should be fine with the nausea medication they usually prescribe you. If they haven't, ask for some. And the liquids part is difficult but just try to drink a little every 10 minutes.. (Yes, I know is annoying) but you don't want to ge dehydrated Sent from my LM-V405 using BariatricPal mobile app
  21. I'll try with that. Thanks Sent from my LM-V405 using BariatricPal mobile app
  22. Taking my vitamins, protein shakes and on top everything I eat is protein since that's the part I can finish. I'm hoping it would just be for now Sent from my LM-V405 using BariatricPal mobile app
  23. What do you guys do, take, or suggest to stay up and energetic? I work in a warehouse, 10 hrs shift and I'm dying EVERY DAY! After that I go to the gym and I feel like I can't workout as much as I would want to cause I'm so tired. Asked my doctor and she said that it's like that the first 3 months. Pretty much to deal with it... But it's getting out of control. ( I'm almost 2 months post op) Sent from my LM-V405 using BariatricPal mobile app
  24. Ohh it's been super hard for me too. I'm just feeling better cause I'm not on that damn stall anymore. Just keep pushing. We're already better than we were when we started right? Sent from my LM-V405 using BariatricPal mobile app
