Protein shakes

Has anyone not ever drank a protein shake?
My team do not recommend them and I have always been advised to get my protein from food but reading threads everyone seems to drink them
Does anyone else NOT drink protein shakes

I have at least one shake a day....without the shakes I would never reach my protein intake

Don’t tell my dr but I only had one protein shake a day. Ate turkey meat and eggs, heavy on the egg white, instead. But everyone is different and every doc has a different program. My liver was great and I lost weight too.

Most of us have a diet progression. This is to let your stomach heal after surgery. (Liquids, puree, soft foods, real foods) Most people struggle to get their protein goal (60 to 100 grams) with protein shakes in the first stages.

you are two years out, Right? Hope you’re doing well and staying healthy,
