Info needed: Surgery status, losing/maintaining, weight, goal (challenge specific)

Basic rules: No junk foods (listed ?) because you're worth the very best

Start February 1st -Starting weight

End March 1st - Ending weight

There will still be incentives!!!

Adding a few fun rules I found on Pinterest (Pink) and a few exercise components you can throw in (only if you want) to maximize participation!!!

Stay engaged and accountable. Participate as much as you like! (but check in so I can remember active participants)

Even pre ops can participate with the Challenge as well!

I'm in. The January challenge definitely helped after 2 meh months (nov & dec) of losing only 4 pounds each month, I lost 8 pounds in January - double.

I am going to have to schedule some cheats into the junk food challenge - Imma have some damn chocolate V-day, and my son's b-day is 2/6. Bad luck not to have a bite of birthday cake or at least that is what my fam has always said. ?

Any €1.50 stores around ???the equivalent to our dollar stores... Laundry (clothes) line, cable cords... My childhood was eclectic TJ MAXX AND other dept stores should have a whole exercise/work out section...
