Great info and probably just what I need at this point

So far: (Good)

  • Major BP reduction
  • Back pain reduction
  • Exhaustion/chest pain for exertion
  • Less Palpitations
  • Much less urinations per day (Previously they were way too frequent)
  • For guys: My testosterone levels are normal (I think). Things are working the way they are supposed to. I'll leave it at that.

(Bad)

  • I get dumping. Probably 4 times in 6 months. It's a blessing disguised as a curse though and it's the main reason I chose rny over vsg...I wanted the dumping to remind me not to consume sugar.
  • "Bat wings" but I'll take them over being "full"
  • Getting antidepressants absorbed right is a little bit tricky.
  • Supplements aren't cheap

I would gladly do it over!

LOL

That's a GREAT graphic, thanks for sharing! It reinforces my reasons for having the surgery and gives me something to look forward to.

I am praying for relief of my PCOS and hirsutism! Other things on there would be great too!!
