Wedding rings - what to do?

I kept buying inexpensive bands which I had to replace nearly every month. I have now had my rings resized by the jewellers and they fit great. Glad to have them back in my finger.

Anybody else remember when you were going steady, you wrapped angora yarn about his class ring so you could wear it? OMG I feel so old remembering that!

As a child when ring issues came up we just wrapped tape around it. Any kind...[emoji304]
Sticky tape fixes everything.

I can understand. I wear mine on my middle finger. I feel naked and anxious without it.
Me too, not having wedding rings on is like forgetting my glasses and then walk g around squinting all day. It just doesn't feel right.

Need a bit of advice re: my engagement and wedding rings.

I'm now thinner than when I married my lovely hubs twenty years ago and my rings are getting too loose. They're bugging me coz they swivel all the time and I'm scared of losing them.

I'm loathe to take them off but there's no point getting them adjusted yet - I don't even know if they can be adjusted.

Did this happen to anyone else? What did you do?

of course you can have it adjusted my friend.

you can go to the store where you bought the ring and inquire about it.

Just had mine adjusted.

I had mine resized about 9 months ago when I got so fat; now they're already loose, so I know I'll have to resize them again when I meet my goal weight because I want to wear them but I don't want them falling off.

And if you are truly cheap like me you go to Wal-Mart and buy a little package of plastic ring sizers which cost about $2,98 in the jewelry department, that's what I did, got one on my left hand holding my rings in place. Since they're plastic you can wash your hands with them in place and do anything you usually use your hands for.

I stopped wearing mine for about 6 months and then finally had them resized when I was close to goal. Looks perfect.

I’ve had mine resized three times. Went from a 15 to a 12.5 to a 11 to a 10. I’ll probably have to get it resized one more time. Go ahead and get it resized. I almost lost mine once... far worse feeling than going a few days without it.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
