Almost done day 3 of the liquid pre op diet. I’m already tired of the limited foods to eat! I wish my order would come - I ordered different Protein Shakes and drinks, Soups, Jello and all kinds of things to add some variety to my life!

I just got my date for the 30th today!! 😳😳😳 I feel like it’s not enough time. I’ve been so focused on meeting all the criteria and going to allll the appointments that now that it has an actual date, I am panicking lol.

I got my surgery date today for October 12. I am having pre-op meeting tomorrow. Just 1 day of liquids - a day before surgery. I am very excited and anxious at the same time, although I am very glad that I do not have a long wait to scare myself out of the surgery.

Hi everyone! I had mine on 10/1 and just wanted to check in! Pain is totally fine at this point except I’m still having gas pains.. so walk walk walk!! Other than that I had some broth tonight and that was nice but not getting much of anything in.. not hungry and it feels a little funny going down at first.

Be careful if they give you morphine in the hospital.. made me a nauseous mess! Percocet was fine but haven’t had one since Tuesday morning. Had some Tylenol Tuesday night and that’s it! And I’m a big wuss!!!

Had surgery on the 2nd and I’m in so much pain.. anyone have any idea when it stops hurting like this? I can’t even sleep
