Curried Salmon Pate on Wasa rye crispbread (traveling so close alternatives are chosen) with spinach salad

Maybe 3oz by weight if I had to guess, could not finish it as I would have had dumping and food coma. (FML) Better safe than sorry ❤

Yesterdays dinner. I ate one and it came up to 246 cal.
2oz shaved steak, peppers & onions.
1 tbsp fat free refried Beans spread on a corn tostada with some shredded cheese on top and a few drops of Taco Bell’s mild sauce. So good 😍
