So i am 2 weeks out and only 1 week left of the puree diet. pureed diet is rough - really boring and I am looking forward to start to eat regular food again.

I started puréed today. I had cottage cheese, retried Beans with taco sauce and cheese with sour cream on top and applesauce. It was great to have something different.

Have you tried the Ricotta baked? Also refried Beans with cheese and hot sauce (as mentioned above). Those both have a lot of flavor.

I just finished pureed and I'm now on soft. During pureed, I ate a lot of greek yogurt with an oz of pureed fruit. I pureed various meats and had the stage 2 baby food veggies. My yummy favorite either for Breakfast or evening snack (low fat ricotta cheese, cinnamon, 1/2 packet truvia, nutmeg, vanilla, 1/2 scoop vanilla Protein Powder (for an extra Protein boost) and diced peaches). Taste like the filling of peach cobbler, especially when zapped in the microwave for a little bit. Apples would probably work too. On softs now, I'm really enjoying chili.

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
