So i am 2 weeks out and only 1 week left of the puree diet. Pureed diet is rough - really boring and I am looking forward to start to eat regular food again.

I am not looking forward to that part at all. What are you you eating?

I started puréed today. I had cottage cheese, retried beans with taco sauce and cheese with sour cream on top and applesauce. It was great to have something different.

Have you tried the Ricotta baked? Also refried beans with cheese and hot sauce (as mentioned above). Those both have a lot of flavor.

I just finished pureed and I'm now on soft. During pureed, I ate a lot of greek yogurt with an oz of pureed fruit. I pureed various meats and had the stage 2 baby food veggies. My yummy favorite either for breakfast or evening snack (low fat ricotta cheese, cinnamon, 1/2 packet truvia, nutmeg, vanilla, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (for an extra protein boost) and diced peaches). Taste like the filling of peach cobbler, especially when zapped in the microwave for a little bit. Apples would probably work too. On softs now, I'm really enjoying chili.
