I had my sleeve done June 26th so I’m still on the liquids diet. I physically cannot do it anymore. I can’t take another bite of yogurt or pudding. I can do my protein drink, drink some liquids, and have maybe half a yogurt and a scoop of cottage cheese throughout the day. I’m drinking some liquids but I keep forgetting to drink constantly. Additionally, I haven’t lost a single pound since surgery. I know ppl will say “oh your body is in starvation mode”. For ten days? And not a pound? I don’t think so. I feel like this surgery literally didn’t work for me and I’ll starve and be fat forever. Anybody else feeling his way?!
