  1. I only told a few family members and my best friend. Has I didn’t feel it was necessary. Less pressure
  2. So sorry to hear this. As I know how you feel I had gone through nearly two years of test and finally I was going to get my sleeve a few weeks before surgery I was diagnosed with heart failure and my surgery was cancel I cry for weeks. Although I was so lucky it was found before my surgery. All together it took five years .but I am now the proud owner of a smaller stomach. I had my surgery 13 June 2018. The most important lesson is to be in a healthy place in body. To lessen complications Hang in there and get as much support as possible. Use the time to get well enough as surgery is still on the cards
  3. Don’t be so hard on your self. It’s a lot of change happening all at once. I also find it difficult to keep up with the water routine. I try to tackle drinking first thing in the morning and drink herbal tea through out the day. Hang in there .
  4. I have spoken with the Bariatric Nurse and I am waiting on a prescription to address the present situation. Let’s hope this one works Thanks
  5. I am 3 weeks into having my surgery I am constantly feeling sick. I find taking my medication the worst. Last night i actually vomited after taking my night meds and constantly having heart burn

  8. Hello I had my surgery Gastric Sleeve on 13 June 2018. Few complication but I am over the surgery part? I am still finding purée food difficult and I dislike most things. I also have issues around taking medication as I feel awful for about and hope. Any suggestions would be great
