Moment of weakness

Doritos. I had one of those snack sized bags.... it was delicious.... amazing truly.... until about 10 minutes after I finished it and I was MISERABLY nauseous.

Ps. the Doritos came with a sandwich, just clarifying that I didn't pick it up at the grocery store. And just sayin' I thought about it 1000+ times. chips were my weakness pre surgery.

I've had a few moments of weakness. Most recently it was a gross airplane meal, but it came with a delicious cookie, guess which I ate?

But nothing has bothered my stomach. So that's pretty much a double edged sword.

I’ve had plenty of things I probably shouldn’t have, but never ahead of the diet schedule so i’ve been mostly ok. I track everything and make sure I’m under my calories and hitting my macros, but non approved items show up from time to time. Here’s some highlights:

doritos (go down easy and I love them can’t have them in the house), cheese it’s (a passing phase), cake (very tiny servings don’t really like it), ice cream (have this as a treat fairly often but anything more than 1/2 cup and I feel like death), pancake, pretzels, PBJ (actually part of my regular diet a couple times a week), pizza (in moderation), chocolate (in moderation)

Ive found that in general bread doesn’t go well and I don’t want it, chips or similar things slide right through and since I crave salt constantly so I try to avoid them. I don’t really crave sweets, but am ok with them in moderation any more and I feel sick.

Pirate booty---every damn time. My kids eat it and those sneaky little bits off cheddar goodness keep wandering into my mouth.
But holy weight loss Batman! [mention=339034]BruceWayne[/mention] 63 pounds?! I was sleeved on 4/27 and have lost 42---this does nothing to change my opinion that men suck.

I kinda hate not seeing a good loss at my appointments. so I ramped up my exercise lol I do 6 miles of walking a day in a full sauna suit. my first goal is 200 . anything after that is bonus points [emoji41]
