3 pounds down in 4 days. Loosing the numbers after the decimals. Lol. Slowly but healthy

Wondering if right post surgery you experienced any gain?

I’m still not loosing ??. My pre and post op weight lost so far is 40lbs and now I’m just stuck. I know I’m eating no more than 600 calories and working out. I have a trainer and everything.

Me too! I'm down 30 from pre and post! 26 from post.. and im stuck and i work out and I don't eat more than 400. But my nut told me i should eat between 500-800 cals no greater than 800.
Keep your fluid levels up. I know it sounds counterproductive, but as waste products wash out perhaps your weight might start dropping. ,Maybe if you're doing strength, trade it,for cardio or even aerobic. Vary your approaches, otherwise it sounds like you are doing all the ?right things.
I’m 5 weeks post op, I get so nauseous every time I eat or drink anything, does it ever go away?

I’m hoping that I start losing it soon. I don’t eat carbs, drink juice or alcohol. I should be losing way more. It’s frustrating.
Jbyerly101 I am 8 weeks post op, was nauseous every time I ate u til a few days ago. It’s slowly getting better. My surgeon said some people experience the nausea for up to 3 months. But mine is finally subsiding

I just spoke with my surgeon about an hour ago and they asked me if I was getting my proteins, they said the goal with 60, 64 oz water, 60 minutes exercise.... She said if I can get up to 90 grams of protein and the 60 water weight will flush away and I should be able to prevent hair loss too.....

JayBSoFla thank you! That makes me feel so much better. I was starting to think that this is the new normal.
GB on 8/9. By 8/20 I lost 32 lbs. that’s insane. I already got wings and need some compression wear for my arms.

Omg! That is insane!!! So you gained zero post surgery? Like no Swelling or IV fluid gain?

Wondering how many of you wounded up with a drainage tube? I had one sticking it my belly for 6 days, they just took it out yesterday.

wondering why some people get themwgile others don’t...

WOW 32lbs loss in 11 days.....

I didn't have one. Didn't even hear about one until reading posts here of those that have had them in? No catheter either. Why for either of them?

I’m pretty sure that’s not abnormal. I only came home 1 lb heavier and have lost a net of 9.4 lbs post op. Depends on whether or not you’re releasing the fluids- so I was walking and peeing and such which helped.
