Try eating lots of papaya I've heard it helps. And juicung celery/cucumber too

I made a horrible horrible mistake. And now I’m waiting for my body to stab me. I ate some pizza. I got like 1 bite but not worth it!! ???

Can’t tell what the app is, I’m curious now!

I haven’t got a clue what that one is but I have this one: it’s called my weight. It’s free.

This one is just to track my weight I ignore the calories and such.

I use Baritastic as well! I love it! Such a cool app

It's called "Baristatic" its track everything and keeps you on a steady weight loss until goal is achieved
