i’m having such a hard time getting my Protein in. i bought Isopure unflavored but i cant add it to oatmeal, applesauce or anything like that because it stays clumpy and tastes awful. any suggestions on brands or how to incorporate it?? i’m only averaging about 35g of Protein a day and i should obviously be getting at least 60

Same problem here. I’m following for helpful suggestions!!

I started Pure Protein Bars 20 G protein, 2g sugar :)). Chocolate deluxe available at Walmart.

I'm just over 6 weeks post op and still feeling nauseated almost all the time. Is this pretty normal?

Had my 1 month appointment today and cleared to excercise. Going to start tomorrow with videos. Here’s my weight for strength training ?

I was the same during my first 3 weeks. The plant based protein dis the same so I just decided to drink the premiere one they recommended but couldn't do it for to long since all of a sudden after surgery I kinda became lactose intolerant

I’ve found that my genpro powder doesn’t clump that bad. You could always put a little in a bowl and then mix the liquid into it a little at a time till it’s the consistency you want then poor back into the rest and mix

I went after work today and signed us back up for our old gym. We’d been doing spin and training there for awhile, but stopped due to financial restraints and too much travel.

I tried to motivate myself to work out independently. Just didn’t work.

So on Saturday I will be hopping on a spin bike for the first time in 3 months. Wish me luck and cross your fingers that I don’t die. ?

That’s awesome good luck!

I get to start working out and I’m not sure what to do. I can’t afford to pay for a gym membership. I can barely afford to pay my bills and get food and gas let alone adding in the gym. So I’m focusing on food and probably just going to start with YouTube videos.

Some Jane Fonda videos are awesome. In my day I used cans of beans as weights and lost a lot of weight right there in my living room!

I'm using YouTube. I started with some Leslie Sansone. Then, I moved to HIIT for beginners and also worked to get Slim in 6 done. (That's a beachbody program that can be found on youtube.)

How about some body weight exercises or resistance bands. I'm struggling really BAD myself to get motivated to work out.

Thank you all for the ideas!!
