I wish I could do that but everything to me is so sweet, sf popsicles, sf jello or pudding even protein water that I even water down and let not discuss the vitamins. My taste buds have changed. I am so happy the I can at least have choc. Premier shake since those have been my only source of protein. Can't wait for really food.

How much have you lost since the actual surgery not counting pre op diet?

@ lilybilly, are you continuing to heal well? So glad to have you back active on here.
Thank you for always checking up on me. Well yes I'm healing okay. However I'm easily fatigued. I'm still here is Cali Columbia recovering. I would go for walks or to the malls and I get tired quickly. I develop a dislike for eating. Just sick of the soups. Oh and I got the foamy/ slime vomit after even drinking water. Idk of that's a phase and it will pass but it sucks. I have lost 35lbs since surgery and 45 from my highest weight of 360lbs. I have good days and bad days, and I tell myself I needed this. I'm happy for the forums and the support I get and I cheer for everyone on their own journey.

Havent lost weight in like 2 days?? But im walking more anyone have this happen? I'm a week and 4 days out

How much is everyone losing per day about a pound or a pound and a half? Im not sure what the average is but it seems to me some people are losing more. I guess that depends on your starting weight?

In a week I lost 11 pounds but i've been stuck on the scale for 2-3 days now .. my stomach is definitely smaller and my clothes are loose

How many cals was everyone actually eating? Im around a pound so im like damn how can I get that extra .5? Im only 6 days post op though...And I put on a ton of fluid weight while in the hospital

@geminisky I’m guessing it depends on starting weight, activity, and what kind of diet you’re cleared for. I'm wrapping up day 6 of post-op and I’ve lost 7.3 lbs since morning of surgery but I’m having only one protein shake spread out over the day and then water, crystal light, and broth. All of my “eating” is just 1 ounce per 10-15 minutes, total of 64 ounces by the end of the day (most of that is water...). I’d guess my calories have been 200-350 tops per day...

Hey! So I stalled at 5 lbs for 3-4 days. Now I’m right with you, 10lbs down. So you are so on track.

Phew okay! I was like wait why is this scale the same number as yesterday and the .(number) would be the only thing going down.... it's hard to get in 65g protein and 64oz water tbh .. hopefully tomorrow the scale moves

Down 14 pounds from the morning of my surgery, which was 11 days ago.
