I will be 5 months and started my hair loss at 3 1/2 to 4 month out but holly hairloss. I have already cut my hair shorter,but still tons and tons gone everyday thinning out big time. I take my vitamins, i can't take biotin since I have typhoid issue. Just would like to know how loss did you experience the hair loss? I do you know something that really works?

Had the sleeve on July 25. I am following the program and still on soft food for another month. But I am always hungry and its not in my head. I am really looking at making sure I have no liquids after eating, but doesn't seem to work. Has any one experience this and what can I do.

I purchase several different chewable vitamin and they all have made me very nauseous. So my dr said i can start taking Centrum, plus b1, b12 and calcium which i have the chewable which those i could stand. I just started taking my synthroid pill it is small but have not any problems. I hope i can tale regular pills.

Just had the sleeve in July and was back at work 1 after. The first 3 to 4 days are the hardest. But in also have a desk job, not a problem.

All plans are different I am 10 day post op and still on liquids phase 2 but on phase 3 14 to 20 day after surgery we can have chopped shrimp salad. I am also with you because I am a big seafood eater. I just hope my taste buds still like it, my taste buds have changed some of the stuff like yogurt and jello now I can not stand.

I completely understand came to get some protein water at and they have a 1/2 of row just for all protein shakes snacks etc. Have not seen that before. Or more like it never noticed it.

Just had my surgery last week and just wanted to see what is you daily food and liquid intake? Not sure if I am eating enough, i know it hard to get 64 oz of water a day. So just looking for input and advice. Thanks

Had surgery Wednesday, July 25 and sore like hell today. It hurt when I take deep breath and and some spasms is this normal. Feel my inside gurgling too. When does this soreness subside. Doing good with water, had a little broth yesterday and.was fine too. So today just not a happy camper my regrets of what the hell did I do are here.

I didn’t measure it exactly when I put it in. It was likely closer to 2 tbsp, but may have been up to 4 tbsp (1/4 cup). It’s really dependent on your taste. I like strong cheeses. 
Lol oops!  Just noticed that I left out cup in the original post and that you were probably just asking for clarification and not questioning whether or not it was too much Parmesan cheese.  

Had surgery today all went well. Already walked and blew in my new toy. Pain not so bad more when I sit up to go walking etc. Sipping has gone well, try to have an ice chip but really got nauseated but did not throw up.
So I got to the hospital the nurse that prepping me weight me.in and said you don't weight that much. After 8 days of liquid down to 218 started with my jitters of backing out thank God for my husband honey you are doing it for your overall health. Then again when doing paper work and more prepping she said you really don't need this surgery my husband gave the look. Again got nervous and my husband said to me and the nurse you are doing this for here health.. High blood pressure, high cholesterol, and my BMI was 39.8 t hyroid, joint pain etc.. then finally the nurse relaized be use my blood pressure was going crazy.. I should have said look at my chart because every dr visit and appt they always to my I am obese.

Congratulations!!Had my surgery yesterday, today I feeling a bit more sore today on pretty much my whole abdominal area seem to be more muscular soreness. Not problem walking just very slow. Just keep Walking,sipping and breathing. You are doing amazing! keep up the great work.

I having my moments but trying to stay calm and relax. Especially kissing and hugging my little one this morning before he goes to camp. Have to be at the hospital at 9:30. Thats when it will really hit me. Let's do this losers bench here I come. [emoji1] [emoji6]
