Well Snapple if you can do it, I guess I can too. You just inspired me ? girl!

Hey Sleevers!

So tomorrow marks 2 Months.... I'll share my stats below but i'm down 27 pounds.... most of that was lost at the beginning and I wish i could say I wasn't hoping for a little more loss but its also a hell of a lot more then it would be without my sleeve. So I will try and remember not to let it get me down and just continue pushing forward.

I did start going to the Gym last week and it had not been easy but it has gotten better with each visit. The first time i thought i was gonna die from dehydration. So now I make sure I drink as much as i can before I go and that has helped. I feel sore as a hell but I take that as a good thing. I feel like all 27 pounds lost were from my butt so I figured the gym will help with that lol.

The biggest problem I've had is food.... I never know what is gonna sit well. Today I had a salad and now I've felt sick all day! The stuff that seems to stick without issue is the bad stuff.... pizza, chipotle, mashed potatoes.... That right there is the reason I'm losing slow.... I want to eat the healthy stuff but it happens every time I eat and then I gotta run to the RR.... TMI i know but anyone else running into this? If so anyone had any luck with getting better.

I’ve been doing CrossFit 2-3 times a week. My doctor just told me i need to increase my protein intake on the days I work out.

43 down today since surgery on 6/18. I have had the flu and have been sick for over a week now, and it has been HARD. My appetite has been just non existent so I have been eating small amounts of whatever food appeals at the moment. I haven't gone off the rails or anything but I have definitely been eating a bit more carbs than before and to my surprise, the scale approved!

Today marks two months for my VSG. It’s been a struggle but I’ve managed to keep carbs out my life. I haven’t eaten rice bread potatoes and focused on protein only. Still having problems with my fluids and working out, but I manage to walk 2 miles a day and that it.

June 19th surgery date. Was 267 lbs now at 232 lbs. 6 weeks out. So far so good.

YOU LOOK AWESOME! Beautiful eyes that really show up now!

Congrats! I have slowed down in losing but I still feel like this surgery saved my life, too!

You were very beautiful before but after the weight loss, your beauty is transformed

good luck

Terrible but after not losing for 4 weeks I have went back to liquid diet 300 cals a day. But finally lost 3 pounds.

Man I cannot eat salads for the life of me! I wish I could! I absolutely loved salads before. If I have a bite or two, I immediately have the urge to vomit.

I’ve lost 20 lbs since the pre diet began. Nearly 2 months post op. Have stalled, again. I’m bruising like a sensitive banana! Need to look into iron sups. Just not sure I can stomach more vitamins.

Well, summer is nearly over, here’s to being fit and Healthy next summer 2019 :)

Don’t. U just love that u can eat something and want to vomit.

Salad is rough. I would tackle introducing the items separate first. Then after while u may get used to. That’s why I did. Introduce a small whatever and let ur body get used to it first. I did that with a lot of foods, reintroducing.
