Weight watcher after 1 1/2 years

Has anyone tried weight watcher afterwards? I’m stuck at a 105lb weight loss and can’t seem to lose anymore doing what I’ve been doing all along?

I haven't tried it since surgery, but in the back of my mind, I thought that I might need to at some point. It's helps me to be held accountable to someone else. Just my 2 cents worth :)

It might help if you’re at a calorie goal that syncs up with their points. Otherwise you’d be below their target consistently with no guidance on how to correct it for appropriate weight loss.

I have a love hate relationship with WW. I know it works for a lot of people but I’ve never found long term success with it.

Go back to your nutritionalist and the surgeon for a plan that's suited to your surgery. You have other tools. Use those tools instead of one that is not really designed for your surgically modified body.

Weight watchers is great for accountability, weigh ins, and learning good information about exercise and health. You will need to modify the program though. I actually go to meetings but I do use calories instead of the freestyle program.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
