Looking great so far, though I'm a little jealous shoes weren't an option on my preop diet.

Thank you ash !! What’s new with u ?

Oh you know, the usual... slave to the scale LOL. I think I've hit the dreaded 3 month stall. I'll find out tonight, but I weighed in 3 days in a row with no movement at all, which is unusual for me. I think I'm going to post a full body on Friday, if its nice enough to wear this dress I bought.

Be safe and smart about it. Gradual increases. Remember, if you make it unpleasant, you won't want to return. The key is comfort and enjoyment.

I'm going to increase gradually! But I've got to step it up if I'm going to be "like wow" in a few months! lol

It may be time then to push yourself a little bit. I'm sure you will feel fine.

I think I'll start by adding 5 minutes on the elliptical and some added weights to my lifting routine. I won't go so hard that I hate it. I'm glad you've got my back!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
