Not having fun!

Recommended Posts

And who said fun was mandatory in life? Either we react to others or they react to us. We can't turn to food as shelter, we can't smother sorrow in a chocolate layer cake, lay down and give up. Some days you have to walk your blues away, reach out to the world around you, manufacture your own joy. Commit yourself to give, but even more so, commit yourself to live. In helping others you may help yourself also. Don't beat yourself up for your past, today is a new day and commit yourself to the future, no matter what tomorrow brings, you are strong and you can handle it. Give a smile to those you meet or greet along your way, you might be making their day, they might be making yours but they might travel a little way through life with you. Make your own kind of music and relish the song it brings. Take a deep breath, let it out and then go forward one step at a time into life.[emoji13][emoji149][emoji150][emoji151][emoji152][emoji149]

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
