Bentknee are you private pay or are you going through your province's plan? Mrs Gamgee in Red Deer Alberta is going through Alberta's, even though you Canadians have Universal Healthcare it seems like it's taking her forever. Not truly complaining, I [emoji173] her like a sister, she has helped me over a blue period a short time ago. But you guys and our cousins in the UK, truth told many of us are, they transported many of of our ancestors here, we used to be their penal colonies before Australia, UK if you go through their NHS you're looking at a wait. Strange, Australia also has Universal Health but they're on a fast track there, sometimes even quicker than the US and we complain about 6 months of requirements.we have only one Bari-friend" Biddy NZ" in New Zealand but it sounds like hers was pretty quick also.[emoji14][emoji38]

My federal Canadian medical plan. More specifically the provincial New Brunswick plan is paying for surgery. I’ve been waiting almost 10 years for it to though. Had I known the wait time 10 years ago.. I probably would have saved up and paid.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
